SNHAC's Midweek League team headed down to North London for match 4 in this year's 10k Midweek League competition. On a glorious evening the route took runners through the woods and parkland of Trent Park.

Isaac Whitten completed his clean sweep of wins in the division 3 Under 20 category finishing in a time of 36 minutes 43 seconds (5th place overall). In her first midweek league race Abigail Manson ran impressively to take 3rd place in the U20 ladies race (45.11, 9th overall) with Amelie Hobbs 4th (46.07, 10th).

Also in action were Alex Gates (16th in the ladies race, 47.39) and in the men's race Trevor Mason (48.14, 71st), Alex Pickard (53.05, 91st), Phil Turner (53.33, 95th), Paul Pickard (57.53, 104th), Ed Manson (64.55, 114th) and Bob Whitten (68.35, 115th).

The final race of the season is in Welwyn Garden City on Wednesday 12th July).
